1) Dreamslayer is weak weapon for aoe, aim for some crafted (intimidating / abandoned shrine) spirit edge or taha runeword
2) only 5 pts in parasite - you should invest way more, propably by sacrificing some pts from death pact

2h scythe necro is usually better until 140+.

If you've invested too much in 1h necro, the best thing you can do right now is upgrading to a 1h weapon with 300-400+ top end damage on the weapon. Dreamflayer is shit damage. If you can't buy a good weapon craft one with high damage and then mo with maximum damage/deadlystrike/%ed. Same for all pieces of your armor, add the maximum damage MO to all armor pieces. All sockets should be filled with Pamethyst or Io runes (5% dex) while having capped res. Put enough points in Deathlord for 300-400k armor and get some %physical resist (you don't need 50% phys res 20-30% is fine).

For those who aren't invested in 1h necro, i suggest doing 2h necro until 140.

You can buy at smith or other dudes in town green potion, cube it with item to make it white. Also you can reroll item with it until you get highest + enchanted weapon damage/armor numbers. highest you get 35% weapon damage/armor (+20% after cubeing with luck poution - purple one), 0-40% move speed on boots, 0-150% atack raiting.
