Im curious is that with charms or did you delay the upgrade of ur t3 to t4 labrys, i have a hard time imagining reaching 700 strength without charms snd 330 base

I used breast plate with 50 all stats, then some ko runes, put some str mo on uniques. I remember getting tu4 really early, but you don't have to. Everything up to 115 is very easy with really random items.

I added few builds to 1st post.
These can be done without respec but it will be significantly more painful. Witch was healer with slow, void final just healer spec.
Uldyssian without respec.
For uldyssian used krys glvoes because it was just easiest for me to grab them, you can use other sources of 25 slow target, such as crafted axe, or some runeword. Just you need to maintain good damage so edyrems will keep dying, low dps weapon just for slow will not work.
All minibosses on way to uldy are very easy.

In general these ubers are really doable if you follow these steps. Uldyssian final fight takes really long, even around 1 hours, so prepare for that. Void final is what it is, can easily fuck up the ending and brick the run, so this is just annoying as usual. But build itself is probably best in the entire game to do it, you are almost immortal during the fight.

Laz probably deserves another video, it is really tough to do in one pass withouth deaths. I added build which I would use vs him, there are ofc other variants possible too. That based on my previous experience with this boss, and multiple deathless kills.
I don't know if I have motivation to run him right now, got little tired of cancer bosses. Laz run got even more annoying because every time you need to go through vizjun, with a spec that has low damage, cant click that portal thats covered by monsters Maybe ill get to it bit later. Can be done, but really hard.

Belt: TU3 Heavy Belt (low str req) -> TU4 -> Craft +2 barb, AR/VIT, defense, life / Vith runeword belt (to hit 50% DR faster)
Boots: TU4 Chain Boots -> NIH runeword in 35-40% movement greaves, 3 ias jewels to hit 280 ias breakpoint.
Amulet: Rare +skills, high flat life, stats, resists upgrades MO
Rings: Rare +1 skill/life/resists, TU rings with resists (MO) -> Assur rings (2x if you can handle)
Mystic orbs: Weapon: %enhanced damage, AR, mana on atttack; Armors: %enhanced defense, FHR, all resists, dex/vit
Sockets: weapon - JAH, chest if TU - JAH, rest: MAL/GUL/LO/PUL for resists, SHA - IAS, LEM - EXP, LAH - 3% all stat (strongest)
Misc items: Crafted helm: Ancient's Hand - fire damage / Balefire - magic damage; for exping prioritize crafts with +exp & LEMs
Mercenary: A5 barb, cap attack speed (speedcalc), +all skills, physical resistance, TU4 Ring mail, high dps sword, YUL helm
Tools: D2STATS- shows all important stats, adds item filter, greatly improves gameplay

That item seems like it is for whirlwind build, a weird spell damage one.
Windform works much better with warmonger helm btw, procs aoe every hit. Its actually pretty decent with 2 swords then (2x faster attack).
