Median XL Offline Tools v0.6.4

I have used offline tool without issue for the last few months. up to date to 1.4 etc...
Something happened last night while playing I am not sure what. Right now my offline tool wont load any characters. I have redownloaded and reinstalled and re up dated to 1.4. The mod will open but once I try to load a character it just closes the application. No error message at all or anything.

I have also clicked on the disable_auto_log.reg thing and didnt seem to help. Can anyone help me?

Yea I tried to create a new character and it does the same thing. closes app without any error.

I unclicked shared stash and it works. So something about the shared stash or an item within it causing it to close.

I put so many items in my shared stash so I am not exactly sure which one caused the crash.

Do these tools provide a shared stash similar to Plugy for Sigma?

Had a hardcore character die in Single Player. Now I can't rehire my mercenary, tried hiring a new one in act2, as soon as a went to act4 he wasn't there. Anyway opened up offline tools to 'resurrect' hoping maybe that will fix the problem, but when i try to load my character that died and is now softcore, offline tools says "This is not an expansion character". I can load my other single player characters just fine, its just my new Hardcore one that died, and is now softcore. Any ideas as too why its not showing as an expansion character?
