Hey, I was looking forward to follow this guide since I'm really new to the game but I can't figure out how to spend my skill points. Call me stupid or blind, maybe both but could anyone help this noob out? I know it's based on the ''Blood-tree'' though, should I take some of the ''Neutral-tree'' as well?

There's no reason to max wild and free. You should absolutely be maxing spellbind instead because it's really useful to slow bosses down (note Ben's video in the labyrinth stages against phoboss and others?) and it makes your fire elementals hold an easy 30-40k life. Wild and Free has awful diminishing returns for FHR, and its not worth 2% move speed per level without any other big bonuses.

actually it is 5 Bolts less in endgame (3 from skill and 2 from Unicorn). so 15 max down from 20 max. nerf of 25 % total damage. Will still be good imo....
