sorry, I don't think I understand what you mean... Which ini, which database?

He probably meant a database-like view into shared stash ala GD Stash. With advanced filtering in place it's easier to manage than per-page view.

If you need it to respec your stats/skills and it gives you error when opening character, just put all your items in to stash. It worked for me.
