technically my tool still can do the right thing. To go into technical details: your character is already SC, and this is enforced by the game. If it were like in pre-1.5, then your dead character would've been still marked as HC, and then the button would've been enabled. But your resurrected character would've been transferred to SC anyway, that had been a request from modders at some point (see app's changelog). SC -> HC conversion will never be implemented, of course.

You can order me what to do with my tool as soon as you start paying me money for development.

Sir? where i can get 1.7 data? I have downloaded the game and patch it online into 1.7 i thought it was enough

After check Stash, i have found 2 items error:
SSU: Shadow Sabre and Malus Domestica
