its decent. not noticeable til you get like 2.5k Energy though. still a decent starter since you get the set free from the mirror temple this season!

so im farming fauzt and grinding perfect 125 charms and i dropped vengeful power and a bunch of points from raven and maxed living flame
survivability went through the roof, kill speed didn't noticeably change and the damage hit arachnomancy took is rather small in all honesty
so between living flame's bulk and regen, miasma and that 1 point in superposition for the 2(ish)s teleport death is now literally only a skill issue for me
thought shedding all that PR from vengeful power would result in a lot more 1shots but it turns out that's not the case oddly enough

One type of the "oneshot" is a series of smaller hits (most likely hit recovery locking) which result in a pretty fast death. Living Flame helps against this a lot better because it raises flat HP (and therefore a threshold for hit recovery) and regens some life while the stream of damage is delivered, i.e. a 105% life damage stream becomes 95% and therefore you survive. Vengeful Power is mostly an endgame optimization passive, otherwise Living Flame + Warp Armor is a go-to spec for any build just because it covers a lot of bases when undergeared.
