Important Notes before getting to hell
===============
When you need gold farm stony tomb lvl 2 (act 2 outide town) from grubbers.
Make TU wep Angel star with quest reward arcane crystals (or heraldic shield if you already have) and farm meph couple times to make whichever you need.
After anya quest, do nihilithak for tu3-t4 uniques plus AC to upgrade to t4 except armor and helm. Total of 26 AC's = 43 nih runs (will be less since he drops what you will make sometimes). Will also net levels for easy nm runthrough.
Tran athula in normal a5 (level 50) for sunstone + anya for res
Do forges (can drop great runes/elemental runes and good res gems early)
Do countess (can also drop high end runes as well as enchanted runes some have reported)
Don't forget to do den a1/sewer a2/bird and book a3/izzy a4/ merc quest and anya a5 they are all important in this mod.
Hire a1 ranger merc if you havn't already. Ideal gear is listed above.

Important Notes before getting to hell
===============
When you need gold farm stony tomb lvl 2 (act 2 outide town) from grubbers.
Make TU wep Angel star with quest reward arcane crystals (or heraldic shield if you already have) and farm meph couple times to make whichever you need.
After anya quest, do nihilithak for tu3-t4 uniques plus AC to upgrade to t4 except armor and helm. Total of 26 AC's = 43 nih runs (will be less since he drops what you will make sometimes). Will also net levels for easy nm runthrough.
Tran athula in normal a5 (level 50) for sunstone + anya for res
Do forges (can drop great runes/elemental runes and good res gems early)
Do countess (can also drop high end runes as well as enchanted runes some have reported)
Don't forget to do den a1/sewer a2/bird and book a3/izzy a4/ merc quest and anya a5 they are all important in this mod.

A perfect jewel would probably be 4psmd/15sf/2%vit/res or fhr. Mf is also nice for farming.
-There are various skill setups depending on the uber that you might want to use. As a general rule of thumb Maxing Retribution and it's passives will always yield the most dmg for Absolution, so putting remaining pt's into defensive skills makes survival easier for some ubers.
-Pick up multiple pairs of gauntlets/plated belt/light plate/Hundsgugel/Aerin shield.
-Acquire the full Yaerius set as soon as possible. The gloves and belt combo is extremely strong for damage alone, but the entire set gives us lots of survivability while keeping dmg comparable to very good crafts.
-Spirit of Giyua: If you plan on doing this fight many times, craft fascinate gear or use the unholy caster set and respec to annihilation. Unholy melee or pyroblast setups listed below are also easy options.

Spam these minions so they get hit during the fight by the adds, this will reduce the bosses hp by a small flat amount and a % per time they proc the on hit effect. The last 1-2% of the bosses health will take a bit but he will die.

You can do this fight as tedious as it is, with vessel and maxing ward of fate for regen. However since the boss has some weird hitbox with absolution (or possibly a bug with avoid who knows).
UHM makes this easier and safer.

A perfect jewel would probably be 4psmd/15sf/2%vit/res or fhr. Mf is also nice for farming.
-There are various skill setups depending on the uber that you might want to use. As a general rule of thumb Maxing Retribution and it's passives will always yield the most dmg for Absolution, so putting remaining pt's into defensive skills makes survival easier for some ubers.
-Pick up multiple pairs of gauntlets/plated belt/light plate/Hundsgugel/Aerin shield.
-Acquire the full Yaerius set as soon as possible. The gloves and belt combo is extremely strong for damage alone, but the entire set gives us lots of survivability while keeping dmg comparable to very good crafts.
-Spirit of Giyua: If you plan on doing this fight many times, craft fascinate gear or use the unholy caster set and respec to annihilation. Unholy melee or pyroblast setups listed below are also easy options.

Soul of pride - Respect to defensive setup maxing ward of fate to make this easier, and put 1 point into a servants of valor, and 1 pt into conclave. Spam these minions so they get hit during the fight by the adds, this will reduce the bosses hp by a small flat amount and a % per time they proc the on hit effect. The last 1-2% of the bosses health will take a bit but he will die.

You can do this fight as tedious as it is, with vessel and maxing ward of fate for regen. However since the boss has some weird hitbox with absolution (or possibly a bug with avoid who knows).

To create this charm you will need to farm scosglen druid's until you have all 6 tenet designs as well as the charm's design. Then you can craft the Dulra Aegis which is customizable as you like (and can be changed anytime) with the base d2 gems (topaz, ruby, diamond ect) in the cube. After you have the charm you can fight the Eye miniboss which is located at the north east portion of scosglen. 11 of his eyes in the cube makes a scroll that you then cube at the ring of fire all the way north east with your charm. This summons a portal to Sescheron's Destroyer.

Sescheron's Destroyer
This fight is pretty easy for us, it just takes a little time. With a lab setup (90 f/c/l res) and no deaths you can expect around a 7 minute fight give or take. With a dps setup this can be lowered a lot but is less forgiving if you make mistakes. Be sure to summon your resurrects outside the portal if you die. They are very tanky and eat some of his mechanics for you, as well as give us 25% more damage. When you see a fire circle in the center of the arena jump to it quick and wait for cold storm attack to finish. Lightning circle that moves outward has medium aoe so stay somewhat away from it. The boss may heal if you die early on but this either stops or just doesn't mater later in the fight. Not sure on his heal conditions but you can die and still finish fight no problem.
Phoboss
Have swap gloves and belt of the yaerius set with perfect onyx's in both.
You will put on the swap item for t6 phoboss with 2 Perfect onyx, and the another swap with 4 Onyx for t7+. Refer to general Lab information for more detail.
If you put 4 ka runes in bloodlust staff for respec you will need to swap to bloodlust staff to change belts if you use belt as one of the swap items.
Cast absolution and move a few steps away very slowly. Too fast and you will end up on the outside of his arena and insta die. Too slow and you will get hit by his cold attacks inside the arena. Sometimes phoboss will keep auto attacking and not cast his abilities for some duration. When this happens just stand there and spam absolution while you can.
Don't panic. Keep a potion going full time. Don't let buffs fall off.
Samael
This fight is extremely fun once you learn all the mechanics. We arn't the best suited for this fight as our dmg requires melee range and doesn't do well against moving small targets unless you are really on point with your aim. However it is not the worst either so it's doable. I recommend going into the fight with a high dps setup but some regen from ward of fate is a must for sustain. 90 cold and light res is recommended, and fire if you want to make the times he spawns pentagram inside fire more manageable if you dont tp in or out at the exact frames you need to. Overall if you are attempting this fight as vessel excpect a 6-7+ minute kill if you arn't making mistakes.
Worms: Shoot cold projectiles from the walls at you in a straight line, so moving constantly stop you from being hit unless there are too many spawned.
Wyrm spirit: Detonates into a barrage of varius bullet storm like bone spears that deal heavy damage. Avoiding these is a must and it can get difficult.
Pentagram: This small circle gives you damage immunity (or reduction) to his large aoe that covers arena and will likely one shot you.
Fire ground: Stay out of this at all costs unless there is a pentagram you need to stand in to avoid dying from nova.
Do all of that while dps'ing him when you can and you will succeed.

Labs T1-T7
Labs on vessel are somewhat slow but safe in the earlier tiers. Your main damage will be absolution since the mobs here are very tanky. Retribution will kill things in these tiers if you have all charms and proper damage but you need to still stand within melee range. The only thing to be scared of here is barbs if you dont have titan's relic and getting hit too much by navigator lightning. Due to our regen anomaly is not a problem for us. Phoboss can be on the other hand if you are not prepared.
T8-T10
We start slowing down here even with optimal gear. I recommend specing into chemistry passive and filling entire cube/invo with potions and never let them fall off entire rift unles you are in a t10, in which case you need to use potions a little more wisely so you don't run out and just progress slower and more carefully. This is the only way to survive at these tiers as we don't have access to regen that is in sync with our massive health pool. The good news is it's not too extraordinarily expensive to get to this point and this means if you are willing to change to a different build you can enjoy an easier and faster labbing experience if you choose. The main problem we have is overall aoe since absolution is our only source of real damage at this point. Vessel of retribution will kill most things eventually but the necrobots become a big problem as we dont quickly kill the screen to avoid taking tons of damage. It is possible to clear t10 but it takes time, patience and optimal gear on vessel.
Deimoss
Deimoss is extremely difficult for this build unless you get very very lucky. Damage is not our problem, its how we apply it. The arena will get overwhelmed by adds since a few types take time to kill as they run from our absolution which misses often. If you somehow do not get many adds in the fight it should actually be a pretty quick kill but this will take many attempts to do so. Mechanically the fight is simple just stand on outside of arena when fire circles blink on the inside, and vice versa. Don't stand in the cold areas on the ground and dps when you can.

To create this charm you will need to farm scosglen druid's until you have all 6 tenet designs as well as the charm's design. Then you can craft the Dulra Aegis which is customizable as you like (and can be changed anytime) with the base d2 gems (topaz, ruby, diamond ect) in the cube. After you have the charm you can fight the Eye miniboss which is located at the north east portion of scosglen. 11 of his eyes in the cube makes a scroll that you then cube at the ring of fire all the way north east with your charm. This summons a portal to Sescheron's Destroyer.

Sescheron's Destroyer
This fight is pretty easy for us, it just takes a little time. With a lab setup (90 f/c/l res) and no deaths you can expect around a 7 minute fight give or take. With a dps setup this can be lowered a lot but is less forgiving if you make mistakes. Be sure to summon your resurrects outside the portal if you die. They are very tanky and eat some of his mechanics for you, as well as give us 25% more damage. When you see a fire circle in the center of the arena jump to it quick and wait for cold storm attack to finish. Lightning circle that moves outward has medium aoe so stay somewhat away from it. The boss may heal if you die early on but this either stops or just doesn't mater later in the fight. Not sure on his heal conditions but you can die and still finish fight no problem.
Phoboss
Have swap gloves and belt of the yaerius set with perfect onyx's in both.
You will put on the swap item for t6 phoboss with 2 Perfect onyx, and the another swap with 4 Onyx for t7+. Refer to general Lab information for more detail.
If you put 4 ka runes in bloodlust staff for respec you will need to swap to bloodlust staff to change belts if you use belt as one of the swap items.
Cast absolution and move a few steps away very slowly. Too fast and you will end up on the outside of his arena and insta die. Too slow and you will get hit by his cold attacks inside the arena. Sometimes phoboss will keep auto attacking and not cast his abilities for some duration. When this happens just stand there and spam absolution while you can.
Don't panic. Keep a potion going full time. Don't let buffs fall off.
Samael
This fight is extremely fun once you learn all the mechanics. We arn't the best suited for this fight as our dmg requires melee range and doesn't do well against moving small targets unless you are really on point with your aim. However it is not the worst either so it's doable. I recommend going into the fight with a high dps setup but some regen from ward of fate is a must for sustain. 90 cold and light res is recommended, and fire if you want to make the times he spawns pentagram inside fire more manageable if you dont tp in or out at the exact frames you need to. Overall if you are attempting this fight as vessel excpect a 6-7+ minute kill if you arn't making mistakes.
Worms: Shoot cold projectiles from the walls at you in a straight line, so moving constantly stop you from being hit unless there are too many spawned.
Wyrm spirit: Detonates into a barrage of varius bullet storm like bone spears that deal heavy damage. Avoiding these is a must and it can get difficult.
Pentagram: This small circle gives you damage immunity (or reduction) to his large aoe that covers arena and will likely one shot you.
Fire ground: Stay out of this at all costs unless there is a pentagram you need to stand in to avoid dying from nova.
Do all of that while dps'ing him when you can and you will succeed.

Labs T1-T7
Labs on vessel are somewhat slow but safe in the earlier tiers. Your main damage will be absolution since the mobs here are very tanky. Retribution will kill things in these tiers if you have all charms and proper damage but you need to still stand within melee range. The only thing to be scared of here is barbs if you dont have titan's relic and getting hit too much by navigator lightning. Due to our regen anomaly is not a problem for us. Phoboss can be on the other hand if you are not prepared.
T8-T10
We start slowing down here even with optimal gear. I recommend specing into chemistry passive and filling entire cube/invo with potions and never let them fall off entire rift unles you are in a t10, in which case you need to use potions a little more wisely so you don't run out and just progress slower and more carefully. This is the only way to survive at these tiers as we don't have access to regen that is in sync with our massive health pool. The good news is it's not too extraordinarily expensive to get to this point and this means if you are willing to change to a different build you can enjoy an easier and faster labbing experience if you choose. The main problem we have is overall aoe since absolution is our only source of real damage at this point. Vessel of retribution will kill most things eventually but the necrobots become a big problem as we dont quickly kill the screen to avoid taking tons of damage. It is possible to clear t10 but it takes time, patience and optimal gear on vessel.
Deimoss
Deimoss is extremely difficult for this build unless you get very very lucky. Damage is not our problem, its how we apply it. The arena will get overwhelmed by adds since a few types take time to kill as they run from our absolution which misses often. If you somehow do not get many adds in the fight it should actually be a pretty quick kill but this will take many attempts to do so. Mechanically the fight is simple just stand on outside of arena when fire circles blink on the inside, and vice versa. Don't stand in the cold areas on the ground and dps when you can.

Run around mobs and stay as close as possible without getting as much as you can.
Don't forget to keep at least 1 ressurect up for absolution total dmg bonus against bosses when possible.
Use innate skill vindicate every time you hit other 2 buffs unless you have complete yaerius set bonus (every 20 seconds).
Buff merc with spark of hope and any party any members you are playing with.
Depending on spark of hope duration be sure to refresh it often early on.

Resurrects, Reanimates and Mercenaries
A common question I get is when and what to resurrect. You actually don't want resurrects up while farming if possible and you can survive, as this will make mobs come close to your character so they get shotgunned by multiple vessels trying to hit mobs behind them. The times you want resurrect is during ubers that don't heal when they die, as this gives us a big 25% dmg multiplier on absolution. Same goes for reanimates and since we cant control when we have them or don't I use the R.I.P. modifier on one item to remove any chance at any reanimates (see cube recipes in mxl docs). Finally a mercenary which can actually help us clear in fauzt, but outside of that I opt to not use them for the same reason listed above as well as them just dying.
Quality of Life mentions
Continuity skill in mastery tree allows you extra overlap time for buffs since it extents their durations. This can give anyone who is annoyed with the re-cast time some lenience.
At various points in the guide I recommended maxing specialization for maximum damage however, none of these scenarios require this and can be adjusted for a tankier setup and just will take longer to get the task at hand done.

Top down yields most dps in many situations.
