One of the reworked classes for 2.6, the Phys Throw Barb became one of the strongest builds, pushing ladder and high tier labs, and being good enough that after ~200 hours with 4 other classes I could still play this build without being bored. Video format from this guide coming soonTM.
Pros
- A beginner version is not only SSF viable, but reliably clears even Scosglen
Main DPS stance is Wolf Stance, so huge speed is guaranteed
Scales really well - with enough input it confidently clears T10 Lab
Phys Weapon DMG based - lifesteal will frequently full-heal in tougher situations
Brain-off playstyle - attack, move, attack, move and you're done!
Up to 1.5 MILLION Defense - low chance for enemies to hit you even in end-game zones
Easiest 90% All res for any character I've played
Cons
- Recovery depending on Lifesteal means if you can't attack constantly you'll be dead
Not great single-target DMG
End-game setup uses 5 runewords and some rather rare items, so transitioning might be difficult

From my experience you can level using Stampede right away, no need to use a respec at certain a level. Picking up both perfect gems, mainly Onyxes, Bloodstones and Ambers will help with survivability. So where the items themselves are lacking resistances, you can always fiill the sockets with those 3 Gems, or Ral/Ort/Thul/Amn runes

/Honorific with as close to 40% movement speed as possible. Farming these is pretty easy, kill Shenk the Overseer for the Mark of Infusion, combine with magic boots. These act as a nice tool to get some resistances fixed if you need it, even 1% Physical Resist just from the base item itself. With and End-game setup, 63% Deadly Strike and 44% Critical Strike gives roughly ~80% chance to deal double DMG

HELL - FROM 105 TO AS HIGH AS WE WANT
Getting to Hell, and farming some of the early ubers should be no problem. As long as you've upgraded your Tiered Uniques to Tier 4, have at least 75% all resistances, Hell should be a breeze. If not, don't worry about going back to Nightmare to get some more stuff, you lose nothing by a little backtracking.

Important things to keep in mind while making the runeword. Use a superior (preferable ETH as well) base with 6 sockets, make 3 crafted Jewels with Damage, Life and %STR on them, and use 5 ED% Mystic Orbs on the base BEFORE putting in the Jewels/Runes, as it'll override the 200% ED cap the game has, allowing you to have a higher DMG weapon. I'll try to do a quick breakdown of most Ubers. I won't really go into details where I don't find it necessary.
Infernal Machine: When the Machine starts pulsing with cold, hide under the bottom-right torch for safety, other than that, have high res.
Horror Under Tristram: You shoud be able to tank-and-spank this.
UBER Horror Under Tristram: I recommend at least +85% Max Fire Res, and some Physical resistance. Other than that, your lifesteal should take care of this one as well.
Invasion I: Avoid the Lightning circles, pay attention to his swirling Lightning skill, and have high Lightning Resist
Invasion II: Same as before, just stay inside the Frost circle while his Forst Golem is alive.
Invasion III: Same as before, just with even more life. Once you notice him being Invulnerable - it's written under his name - teleport/move directly on top of him to avoid the oneshot.
Island of the Sunless Sea: Spam Stampede in front of you to kill the invisible enemies, and have 75% Cold Resist ready.
Death Projector: Bring 2 "Engineers" from the sides of the arena, try to lure them near the Death Projector to deactivate the invulnerability. As long as you don't stand in the spinning lightning, it should be free.
UBER Death Projector: You need to bring all 4 Engineers, but the fight is pretty much the same.
Cow Level: Sometimes use Stampede preemptively to hit invisible/teleporting cows.
Binding of Baal: You'll have slower attack-animations here regardless of your actual attack speed. Kill all the other mages before you can damage Tal Rasha.
Horazon's Sanctum: Have 75+ Fire Resist, and don't stand still in the ground effects.
Lord Aldric Jitan: You can de-spawn the towers spawned by the guards/Jitan by teleporting back to town. 75% All Resist and some Physical Resist is mandatory.
Inquisitor of Triune: Have 75+ Poison Resist, teleport out of the large expanding circle with either Jitan's Gate if you have it, or a Pax Mystica weapon swap.
Akarat: Pretty easy DPS check, should be no problem
Assault on Mount Arreat: Just don't stand still too long. Have fun with the fastest attack frames you'll have!
Bull Prince Rodeo: Try not to stay too close to walls or the cows might get you. Also, no teleporting in this arena.
Black Road: Lure him in the ring of fire to deal damage.
Tran Athulua: Beware of the Amazon Defenders - the ones with golden armor - they spawn an arrow-storm once dead, but high Phys Resist/Armor will help a lot here.
K3K: Pretty simple, just get lucky to get the Hammer first try
Rathma Square: If you get hit by the spiraling sword you'll take a pretty large damage-over-time, but nothing else. The small mobs respawn after a short time.
Heart of Sin: Have 75 Cold and Fire Resist, so you wont have problems getting to Azmodan. After just make sure you don't stand in his ground effects. Going out of screen can help a lot.
The Veiled Prophet: You should be able to damage the Spire in the middle, then just keep Stampede-ing. You can also diable the lightning by quickly exiting then re-entering
High Heavens: After killing a Zakarum's Avatar, make sure you don't stick around in the meter shower.
Duncraig: Here's the map: https://static.wikia.nocookie.net/media ... on/latest/ Collect all 5 Signets and a Righ of the Five, which is a random drop, combine them into Assur's Bane. The boss has really strong fire spells, but if you just run in circles around him it should be no problem, as long as you can land 2 Purifys.
Mirror Temple: The mobs here have nasty on-death procs, high Armor/Phys Resist definitely helps. The boss doesn't have a 100% spawn rate, so you might need to do this dungeon more than once.
Athulua: As long as you can namelock her you can get around her teleporting around. Right-Click her, and as long as you keep right-click pressed your attacks should follow her, making this fight trivial.
Kindgdom of Shadow: Another one where the map is needed: https://static.wikia.nocookie.net/media ... on/latest/ Make sure you're packed with potions, 80+ Poison Resistance, and you can use Eagle stance to get some extra regeneration, but you lose the Wolf Stance movement speed. Needs some tries to get used to it.
Judgement Day: Make sure you have 100% free space in your Cube. Namelocking helps here as well, because both bosses tend to teleport around. Once you kill both bosses within 60 seconds of each other, just Cube the Charm alone to add the bonuses to it.
Quov Tsin: 80+ All Resitances and Reduced Physical Damage Taken Mystic Orbs on all Rings/Amulet can make this fight a joke.
Toraja: If you're tanky enough, run ahead to Lilith, and keep spamming Edyrems on top of her until one attacks Lilith, then you melt her and try to pick up the charm.
Teganze: Lifesteal and being ranged carries this place. Attack the Boss once he isn't in bat form.
Banisher of Light: Get as high Poison Resist as you can, setup a portal at the beginning of the zone, fill up with potions. Running in circles will be probably the most effective way to deal with this guy. Almost all attacks are manageable, the only one you seriously need to pay attention is the one which starts with a Poison cloud on the ground, shortly followed by a Poison Explosion which quickly drains your HP even on 90% Resist.
Xazax: Since you have piercing projectiles the invincible dudes shouldn't be a problem. I'd say the Cold and Fire attacks are the most problematic, but you can easily dodge the meteorshower.
Astrogha: You can from the start focus on Astrogha, don't need to kill the 4 pillars. Once Astrogha dies, he splits into 3 clones, and only one of them drops the charm, so it depends a bit on luck, but you can hit all 3 with the same Stampede with good positioning. Also you can't use ranged skills while you're standing on the white piles that spawn.
The Triune: The Krakens have a strong slow and deal a lot of damage, high Cold Resist is recommended. The Temple Spires will cast meteors where you are standing, so keep moving and it wont't be an issue. Kill the miniboss in the Top Corner to get a book which is necessary for the main bosskill. You'll get to an invulnerable boss called Malic. Pay attention to him, as his Fireball skill puts heavy DoT on you. Clear out the general area around him. Once you go down into the building, you'll see Lucion, who also curses you with a DoT. Use the Mindcontroll from the book and make Lucion fight Malic. The Mindcontroll has random duration, and if you recast it, it won't reset the duration, so you've wasted a cooldown. Repeat the mindcontrolling until Lucion is dead. Since you'll gain a lot of STR%, I'd recommend collecting every STR Small Cycle for the best results.
Yshari Sanctum: First, you'll need to navigate the maze: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/ ... image0.jpg From every boss at the end of a section you'll gain a few set pieces, making 2 complete sets using every itemslot. This means no matter how good your gear is, you'll have to use the one you get here. Then it's a balance between using your "Clear" skill to kill the minions around Valtek, and keeping some alive, because in order to damage him, you need at least one minion in range to use your Purify-like ability. using Eagle stance can give you some HP regen, which is pretty useful.
Spirit World: Surprisingly easy compared to other 125's. Just make sure you kill all the nests before engaging Giyua, she is in the middle of the arena. Don't stand around too long or you'll get swarmed by spirits, and don't stand on the tornadoes she spawns.
Nymyr's Light: A bit RNG dependent, its really bad when you get a lot of witches, which are random spawns. But as long as you can keep Atanna in the screen, meaning you don't try to run away from her she most likely won't use her teleport attack which is one of the hardest hitting skills. Dodge the green projectiles and the expanding fog-like things and you'll be good.
Lord of Lies: Once you figure out the gimmick of the fight it'll be a ton easier. There is one main boss here, the rest are just clones. After you start dealing heavy damage to the true boss, it turns into a rat, which if you're quick, you can also namelock, making this fight so much easier.
Eve of Destruction: Focus on Baal's minions first, its significantly easier to deal with him if he's alone. If he spawns one of the bigger Evils, he becomes invulnerable, and you can't really continue the fight until you either kill the other boss or somehow separate them. This can be done by luring them to one side of the map, and using any teleport skills you move to the middle 'island', hoping only Baal will follow you. Also his mana-leeching Fire Breath can be dangerous, watch out for that.
Bremmtown: If you use a pattern of "Stampede-move-Stampede-move" you can set traps for the teleporting ghosts, and you won't have a problem with this zone either. And again, your high armor with high hit-recovery from Wolf Stance really help here.
Uldyssian: You'll need to get through several zones, killing the right boss to open a portal to the next zone. It's usually pretty straight forward, just make sure you make a portal at the beginning of every zone, it really hurts if you miss it and die. The Edyrems in each zone are random spawns, and have a high chance to cast a meteor like ability on death, which is pretty much a oneshot, so pay attention to the ground if you're killing a lot of them. The main fight has a few moving elements to it. If you see screenshake, 2 more will come and Uldyssian will create a huge meteor, expanding from where he was at the time of the first screenshake. Uldy also constantly summons Edyrems, these don't create the on-death meteors. He can also send out multiple stunning Novas, so keep a distance as it can line-up with the Meteor - although its a rare combo but it's a death if you don't hold your distance.
Void: You'll have to get through 7 zones, killing a miniboss every zone each with it's own gimmick. A short breakdown of them: Sloth - kill the boss over and over until you get the scroll. Gluttony - DPS check, the blue orb in the middle reduces his regen. Greed - He can cast a curse which removes you mana - TP and back can get rid of it, also you can dodge it with a bit of luck. Lust - just kill her, mostly just a bunch of projectiles. Wrath - you'll mostly just have to tank him, no direct way of dealing DMG to him. Pride - just let the small minions hit you until the boss dies, get high Lightning Resist so you dont die to lightnings. For the Main fight, combine all scrolls and the Ring you got from Pride, use it to destroy the spire in the middle. You can only damage Inarius once he stands in the red circle Lilith spawn. Importan note, make sure Lilith stays alive because without her you can't kill Inarius. You can move over the Frozen Orbs Inarius creates in order to prevent Lilith from taking damage from them.
Archbishop Lazarus: This one haunts me till this day, because I've never done him. Maybe with specific Vitality gear and really good play. you can do it, but I'm just not there yet.
Scosglen: There is a lot to say about Scosglen, but the main gist is to keep moving, have 83-85+ Resistances, and keep an eye out if you kill an Ominous Guardian. The most dangerous Druids are the Corrupted Seer, Corrupted Naturist, with high enough (90) resistances both can be tanked but before that you'll need to move around a lot. The rest are easier because they rely on hits, and since you've huge armor it should be a cakewalk. For the Eleventh Eye, try to clear the area around because his Aura will transform enemies, make them stronger and faster. His most dangerous attack is a 6-way Bone Spear Nova, it starts after the lightning orb he spawns disappears. Other than that your Lifesteal should keep you alive, even if the boss is alone.
Herald of the End: I haven't killed him on this build, and there is so much to explain I'll just link a guide with all the details about him. viewtopic.php?f=40&t=82634
Dimensional Labyrinth(T1-T5, T6-T8, T9-T10): The second you step in try to throw Stampede's around, because the higher tier you go, the faster your HP will melt, and since Stampede deals damage a bit delayed, you need to be quick. After T6 you need to stack Maximum Cold Resist over 90%, not regular Resist, Maximum Resist! Phoboss tears through it, but as long as you don't move around too much, you can tank him even on T8. T9 introduces 100% elemental Pen on all enemies, so you need 260% All Resistances -shown on the 3rd page on your character sheet. Unstable Anomaly has the "nuke" like ability, similar to Kabraxis but even stronger. Other than that it should be simple, move out of the fire it spawns. Deimoss still needs to be tested, hopefully I can add it too.
Secheron's Destroyer: Once you see cold-looking effects in the middle, teleport to the middle to avoid the damage from the snowstorm. He also uses a teleport attack, spawning large radius fire circle, as well as a small fire on the point he teleports to, this deal rather large damage. Another deadly attack he does is a delayed lightning-nova, explodes into several projectiles, dealing heavy damage.
Heart of Darkness: Samael and Deimoss in the same arena. Then a separate fight with nasty AoE attacks and insane HP pool. I can't imagine myself doing it, maybe with REALLY good gear and knowledge.

Herald of the End: I haven't killed him on this build, and there is so much to explain I'll just link a guide with all the details about him. viewtopic.php?f=40&t=82634
Dimensional Labyrinth(T1-T5, T6-T8, T9-T10): The second you step in try to throw Stampede's around, because the higher tier you go, the faster your HP will melt, and since Stampede deals damage a bit delayed, you need to be quick. After T6 you need to stack Maximum Cold Resist over 90%, not regular Resist, Maximum Resist! Phoboss tears through it, but as long as you don't move around too much, you can tank him even on T8. T9 introduces 100% elemental Pen on all enemies, so you need 260% All Resistances -shown on the 3rd page on your character sheet. Unstable Anomaly has the "nuke" like ability, similar to Kabraxis but even stronger. Other than that it should be simple, move out of the fire it spawns. Deimoss still needs to be tested, hopefully I can add it too.
Secheron's Destroyer: Once you see cold-looking effects in the middle, teleport to the middle to avoid the damage from the snowstorm. He also uses a teleport attack, spawning large radius fire circle, as well as a small fire on the point he teleports to, this deal rather large damage. Another deadly attack he does is a delayed lightning-nova, explodes into several projectiles, dealing heavy damage.
Heart of Darkness: Samael and Deimoss in the same arena. Then a separate fight with nasty AoE attacks and insane HP pool. I can't imagine myself doing it, maybe with REALLY good gear and knowledge.
