For the moment I solved it with going to config tab in launcher and running glide settings and after several dead ends I figured that unchecked option
"keep desktop composition" (renderer tab) allows you to use Glide mode, also check "desktopresolution" in settings tab.
Still not a hundred percent happy, but solves problematic no fullscreen/clicking your desktop.
