How to set this game using nvidia gpu on laptop?

Which control panel are you referring to? The Nvidia control panel or the operating system control panel?
Right click windows symbol, then type "dxdiag" then click on "Display" tab and make sure your default display settings have your Nvidia GPU enabled. Then make sure you have the right drivers - https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us (this website will auto-detect the right driver for you).
If you don't have the right driver you could have 2x2080ti SLI installed and it won't matter.
If you absolutely can't get your GPU to work (although I don't see why you wouldn't) then I don't think you should have a problem anyway - the game is so old that any integrated GPU should be able to run the game just fine. Are you having graphics problems??
