When playing in TCP/IP over hamachi with friends everytime a non-host players exits the progresss of the last seconds is lost (sometimes of the last minute). While exiting the screen says "Connection to server lost".
This is because the hoster is the server of the game. So what's happening is actually in his computer, you as a client see a visual representation of that.
I believe the client saves the game about every 5 minutes, and on special occassions, such as when you switch acts.
I think there's a /save command for tcp-ip games, but I can't quite remember if it works.
There is a /save command but it is not immediate. However I have found connection lost upon exiting is not because the person is not the host. Its caused by your PlugY stash file being too large. Not using PlugY or keeping a small PlugY file is best. Many TCP players have multiple files depending on what they plan to be doing. Ubers Crafting Leveling Late response but give it a try if your still having issues. I was/am always on hamachi.
