Where do i have to safe tools?

So i wanted to download the three tools SpeedCalc, Offline Tool and D2Stats. I looked on Youtube and everywhere but i cant find where i have to safe them so that they work. Can some pls help me and say where i have to save them?

Should work from anywhere, I'd personally just stick them in your Diablo directory to keep all your stuff together

so like i should put it in the Diablo 2 folder where the Median XL folder is?

You can put them basically everywhere. I have speedcalc and d2stats on my desktop, in their respective folders.
