Procs:
Only on striking, and on kill procs works with wolf druid. on Melee attack ones works only if you are hitting them with mana pulse or twisted claw.
Below are some good procs you can get on a weapon with on kill or on striking:
Best probably are Spikenova, Shower of Rocks, Brimstone, Hammertime, ATMG Sentry.

15% Ctc lvl 20 Spike Nova when you Kill an Enemy
1% Ctc lvl 16 Brimstone on Striking
5% Ctc lvl 56 Death Star on Striking
7% Ctc lvl 6 Hammertime when you Kill an Enemy
9% Ctc lvl 19 ATMG Sentry when you Kill an Enemy
8% Ctc lvl 4 Time Strike on Striking
5% Ctc lvl 2 Flamefront on Striking
