Haven't been able to read through a lot of this thread but I am currently using this build and it has been a breeze through the early charms and destruction. One thing I will note is that around the end of terror, survivability started becoming slightly more iffy and summons much more useless. I decided to go for a lightning arena ammy over hailstorm as I found it to be much more useful in the majority of situations.
