Nope. But just so you know The Creep is not a must anymore, Scpepter + Shield combo is even better nowadays IMO.

How come you don't like online? It's best to craft shield + scepter with ornate shrines.

Yes it's still viable, although stormcall is getting nerfed in the upcoming patch

Mo rings/amulets with mana regen pretty much as soon as you can afford it. Helps quite a bit.
