Currently giving this a build a try as my second character ever in Median. I'm excited by the inherent tankiness brought by the life per second regen.

Thank you for taking the time to put together such a well written guide - I have learned a lot about the mod in general, going above and beyond the class itself was a huge help!

I'm playing on realm new to median, and just hit 120 in act 5 destruction, and I don't think theres anyway I can get ahold of empyrean bands yet. What's a good alternative?

Also, How do you reach the IAS breakpoint for early game? I have all the same gear - the empyrean bands/better quiver/shrined bow and I've only got 40% according to D2statreader. I don't see any gear that gives us IAS in our build besides our weapon.

Thank you, I guess i missed that part. I'm assuming there is no replacement for Empy bands then, unfortunately I've not even seen an unique ring drop yet

Focusing my crystals on Haba.

Well you can use random rare rings with +1 all skills and magic find if you are just entering destruction. Later on if you still don't have 2 empys you can use 2 assur's banes in their place.

You can farm arcane crystals and use this recipe to get empy bands: 2 arcane crystals + any ring -> a unique ring
The ring you get will be one of the unique rings in the TIER UNIQUE section of the docs.

yeah, i've just had no luck and been using +1 skill rings

do you include the Brother Laz charm in the mid game skill build? I'm at 32/33 and been trying to figure out if you do or not :s

Hellfire plate & Taha gloves only. I didn't make a Laz book upgrade on this char since I wanted to test how good Vaklyrie's prime was for the guide instead, and could not be bothered to farm ingredients a second time.
