Are them drop on Destruction? I dont think so.

When you make "End game"?. I played almost uber that you posted except Quov Tsin. But I have tried to play other Uber and can not to win

Shrines can drop on Destruction, yes.

Totem Necromancer is best for getting a fast start in ladder and gathering all those early charms in the midgame section pretty quickly. The endgame section will be a bit more difficult, since we aren't necessarily the best fit in terms of what spec we are running to complete some of the other ones. Melee necromancer and xbow will be best for quite a few here at the end, but there are still a couple that caster/totem work the best without question in comparison.

Are Craft items better than Runeword? I see you dont use Runeword? I use almost runeword with + skill and + minion life and resit. But so hard with 'hard uber'. Is totem Nec a good choice in late game?

Crafts are generally better suited. The endgame section will include more of the runeword/unique item aspect again. Crafts are a great way to transition from early game honorifics into more endgame items, plus they're super beneficial to the build. It's just a matter of having successful items to equip as the difficulty progresses.

It took me about 45 minutes total.

Perhaps you need more pierce (don't use Jinn for this or they will heal him when they die). You can respec to max funeral pyre if you need to.

Hey ! Thanks for the build, I did it for my first char and was super happy with it
I have my full Lazs' set, but wich shield i'm suppose to use right now ? You delete the End Game part I didn't see the shield used by this part ^^
