The MedianXL 2017 v1.3 SP Miniguides Compilation

Im Still learning this mod but have always been a Hc player. I know this game is brutal and will kill me over and over but im playing this mod as Hc as well. Is the a class you recomend to use? i kind of like the idea of a bloodzon with fire elemental tanks, but idk how well that will do. most of the players on the hc ladder seem to be necro, barb, or sorc so any of the other classes work well enough?

Zons are not so good for HC imo. They are very squishy untill level 90 when you can access paragon . For high chances of success i recomend a throw barb full vitality with snake and eagle stance ,kraken stance from crafted helm vs poison immunes.

There.s no better tank than a barb, so if you want to go HC, i would put my money on the build described above

The killspeed is not so impressive , but it gets the job done while being able to tank in any spot.

with the changes to lion stance increasing dmg taken per level what would be the best stance for a summoner barb? would it still be lion?

It can be okay for a bit, especially since I think.. Defender? spirits have 30% Physical Resist (DR) as well. I'd choose Bear regardless. Bear and/or Wolf and Snake.

When I did it, I'd use Snake until I saw retaliate go off to help poison spread with the knockback, then switch to wolf so they'd swarm the poisoned enemies.

with the bonus crushing blow on wolf that could be good with lots of spirits and the retaliate. i kind of like the bear stance since im in hc but idk if that would add enough damage alternately lion stance would be a masive damage bonus but the weakness is keeping me weary

If you're using Nephalem Spirit with Bear Stance, you should be okay. I assume you're using runemaster if you're playing HC though.

Quick question for anyone that has any experience with it. Im rolling a treewarden this season and was wondering what anyone though on the new skill thornstrike that replaced pummel. Still been using wildfire but just wanted to see if anyone has tried and had success with the new one. Thanks!

feels like pummel with different animation to be honest, prolly undergeared but got annoyed at lvl 50 atm

Yea it felt kind of meh to me as well but maybe its a bit better later. Ill stick with wildfire for now
