You could get some of these set items from Griswold but they'll only spawn with one socket.

As long as those one socket replacements get me through duncraig, I'll take them! Seriously I can really use that vessel damage regardless of the socket number. Worst case scenario, I'm hoping they'll be good enough so that I can max my resists and sorb lol

I haven't done the projectors, vanity and ritan's charm hasn't dropped. Though I've done like 7 quests that I listed on the previous page.

Honestly working toward toraja, and doing clean up on quests like projectors but I put that on hold today to ask about the set gear question. I don't have enough damage on my weapon to switch from ring of light to terror to confortably do toraja. But I'm working on it. It's just hard

But to make it easy, you find a magic sacred item. You cube it with a magic ring and magic amulet to make it ilvl 1. You cube it with a rune and an oil of enhancement to make it rare. Then you cube it with shrines to craft it (and don't forget to bless it [item + shrine + arcane crystal] when you get a nice roll!)

Why would you do the Zomghelp recipe when that bonus completely disappears after shrine crafting the boots once they're rare?
Do you reroll the boots from magic>rare>magic>rare>magic>rare over and over again and then only bless craft them?

zomg is used to make the item ilvl 1 , which means the rlvl of the craft will be as low as possible ( I like to make zomg leather gloves with rlvl 37 and socket lum runes in it ) giving you lots of room for MOs

use low quality items for zomg items to ensure rlvl is as low as possible, i.e. use boots instead of greaves etc.

So we are just using the zomg for a lower item level for more Mo space then and not the enhanced defense bonus or anything like that?

edit: also wouldnt we wanna use greaves for a higher armor value compared to shitty leather boots?

yeah ED doesnt matter since it will get rerolled

you can use greaves if you want, but then you'd get shitty ED rolls, higher rlvl than boots and still need to use plenty of MO to reach 350 ed so that's something for normal crafts not zomg. boots generaly get mediocre stats from crafting so they're a popular choice for zomg, gloves for example can get better affixes like procs, spell damage and -enemy res
