basically poison damage is silly in diablo. the tooltip in d2 is pretty useless especially when you introduced poison damage to the mix because its not a DPS value its just a snapshot of an instance of damage. Some skills with incredibly low tooltips have huuuuge damage output (ie; tantrum) and some skills with gigantic tooltips are pretty shit. Generally tooltip is only good to compare similar skills and gear setups to one another. you kind of have to feel your damage out with most builds. if you want a more in depth explanation of how poison damage works here is a good thread on it from the docs.

This guide isn't really meant to get charms. The limpet laser guide is better for that.

Stormblade is a secret realm only unique (which is why you can't find t in the docs). It's a naginata with pounce oskill and huge amounts of pierce to the three ways damage in the assassin skill tree.

If you google Storm Blade Naginata, it should appear in the image search.

If you gather enough of the proper gear, and manage to get enough pierce to make your damage more effective without having access to pierce Mo's anymore, then yes it should be fine.
