Just to be sure, download either 7zip and Winrar to unrar the file, I dont think windows zipper can unrar it.

hmm, your icon for speedcalc is wrong.
It should be java RE icon.
perhaps you havent installed required java runtime environment?

I have JRE, yeah. I open it with Java Platform SE Binary too.
It opens with .rar since thats the default I have set for it since i edit some Java nonsense with .rar sometimes.
Wait a sec, I set the default to Java and it decided to work. That doesn't make much sense since it should have worked when I chose to open it as Java, but whatever. Windows!

Yep this appears to be the fix for it. I had same problem except i had the .jar file. Wouldnt open using "open with" function. I went into properties and set java SE binary to be the default program to run with and it opened right up.
anyone can upload this as zip file. Idon't know why but on my Linux i can't open this rar file

Works fine for me on Linux
java -jar SpeedCalc.jar
% java -version
openjdk version "1.8.0_112"
OpenJDK Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_112-b15)
OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.112-b15, mixed mode)
