Speedcalc.jar launches it, and as the OP says it requires Java Runtime Environment installed.
Hello, i have a question about IAS, "IAS on weapon" field to be specific.
Say D2stats shows i have 150ias. Out of this 150, 50 comes from weapon.
Do i input 50 into "IAS on weapon" box, and 100 into "other item IAS"
OR input 150 into "other item IAS", and leave "IAS on weapon" blank?
