Thanks for the guide! I must be missing something big: why do we want PMSD if askari is lightning dmg? I'd double-check skill descriptions but I'm on mobile now.

Askari’s damage is based on stormcall which is part light and physical

as rubgy_1 correctly said
Stormcall is part physical and part lightning damage
Askari lightning inherits its dmg on % from stormcall
thus indirectly benefitting from pmsd too

I'm curious how this build compares to endgame javazon (excluding relics and UMO's). I'm currently playing Javazon endgame but I'm underwhelmed. I happen to have all but maybe 2 endgame items missing for stormcall build so I'm thinking to give this a try.
