Heaven's Light SSSU Scepter is the same way. Just errors in the docs. I've gotten it twice with +30 Bacchanalia, and the docs list 31-36

No icegod101, I was such a pussy and a big di*k when I nagged and cried about the lag and the ping, shame on me man. Although it's fun to see a cow melee you from 4 yards away, or when you were so sure that you dodged the groupie daggers but you still had the death screen, or when you already ran quite a long way and suddenly you were back in your original position. I mean all these things that made me mad just made me want to find some other ways to deal with it. Well, i got it in the end though.


Ps: 4 times, I mean 4 times I got him this low and he got instant heal because he roams too much, he rarely stays in 1 place as he used to. So lesson learned!
