Again comment on angelic: try to find balance between defence and offence. Nobody knows atm how efigies are scaling but + flat phys damage from your gear boosts effigies remarkably. Not OP, but the difference is visible. In fact, one of options is to play around with crafted minmax damage jewels, instead of some 5%str runes. I do not know, but could be viable option.

strength is basically the by far scaling vector followed by deadly then flat to gear. Str double dips because of famine.

think like 50k or something - i let gato(dev) know that either i dont understand how effigy AR works(perhaps it has some base AR because its a minion and yours is added ontop of it) or its bugged. Play the build while its good i guess lol

Yeah I have nothing invested in attack rating, and as far as I can tell, I always hit everything
