i know this is not amazing, but considering im playing untwinked and all my gear is garbo (yul staff 6sk, on armor in t5, you get the picture), this is a very nice upgrade from pul gloves

it's a legacy item prbly. You can't make legacy items. You save your old plugy stashes from before patch and look what happened to your items after patch. Singleplayer only obviously

Yep, it's SP. Idk is it because of legacy or not but it dropped in 2017 patch. Just strange and kinda funny ^^
