Whirlwind lost it's weapon restriction and thus gave a great new flexibility of item choices.
While the new Windcarver Tree with all the supporting passives is really hard to compensate if you use a
Relic (Whirlwind)
on other classes - there are def some items I wanted to try and make somewhat usable builds around it.

Veil King Grasp is a proc that carries a fixed amount of poison damage that can only be scaled with poison pierce. It seems to be spread via a low wdm multihitting invisible Nova.
I tried to show the mechanic and damage potential of the proc in a small clip along with gear and spec.

stats:
str/dex: for gear req + capping flat defense Bonus from Deathlord -> rest into vit
Playstyle: Put a RIP modifier on one of the items and whirl through mobs. Let them run into the proc while chasing you.
