What u shown in the pic IS the lvl 3, it should have been obv since it is inside lvl2 and shows a way to next lvl

Currently just cleared terror and at act 1 des.

Are there any good farming spot for mid game gears?

I am currently wearing tier 6 TUs and honorific. But des seems really hard to continue. It is true that all sacred unique can only be found in dest?

yes, SU can only drop in destr but terror ubers have a low chance of droping set items. It is not recommended to farm them for the items since the time taken for finding items is not worth.

On destr, u can try farming k3k or tran (tran will be slow but easier if u r a caster or ranged char), both are easy and have decent drop rate
