Yes. They spawn. And yes mask/bone helm

no. life on attack is a melee swing. quill storm is ranged, not melee. It will receive bonuses from life leech, life after kill, and life on striking.

Seriously question btw! I get mashed in cows almost instantly, can tank decently elsewhere. Done about half of the ubers... not sure how best to proceed. Could probably eke out a bit more stats, but obviously I'm doing something very wrong.
