Open up the Sacred Unique page in the documentation. There's jewelry there too (along with the Tiered unique jewelry on the tiered unique page).
If you're on our Discord you can do !item the tess (no need to enter full name) in the #deckard-cain channel to get the stats, as well.

Ah yeah, sorry, that one is a realm-only item so it's not in the Documentation.
You can check it by using the forum Item tag as you did, or on Discord.

If so, for example if Dragonlore added +2 to maximum fire/lightning/cold damage, would the damage from Magebane be +102 or 100-102?

Dragonlore bonus is only kicked in if there's another source of ele damage. Since Magebane adds ele damage, you just count up the total from that and the now-added Dragonlore bonus (although it should already be added if you completed LC1 properly since that adds tri-ele damage already)

just finished farming terror K3K. i just found this emblem of terror (cube reagent) (secret). checked the documentation here, it wasn't listed. what does it do and are there recipes for it? are there any more similar emblems like this in hatred and des dificulties? drop locations and drop chances pls. thanks.
