put every extra stat point in dex and socket ur gears with io Rune for 5% dex bonus..
dex = block

eat signets of learning and put those points in dex too..
with charms and gears bonuses, u will eventually reach it..

Don't forget mystic orbs with dex can help you achieve max block as well as can honorifics and abandoned shrine crafts.

Let's calculate dex and Bonus to Dexterity as I can get:

Bonus to Dexterity

Items:
Iceflayer (Crystal Sword) 20% Bonus to Dexterity + 15% Bonus to Dexterity Abandoned Shrine
Nymph's Grace (Antlers) 25% Bonus to Dexterity + 10% Bonus to Dexterity
Zealot Rush (Light Plated Boots) 20% Bonus to Dexterity + 10% Bonus to Dexterity
Angel Heart (amulet) 10% Bonus to Dexterity
Empyrean Band (rings*2) 5% Bonus to All Attributes*2=10%
Shroud Royal (Full Plate Mail) 20% Bonus to All Attributes + 15% Bonus to Dexterity Abandoned Shrine
Gloves + 10% Bonus to Dexterity
Belt + 10% Bonus to Dexterity
Shield + 10% Bonus to Dexterity
Total from items 165% Bonus to Dexterity

Io runes
6 (sword) + 4 (helm) + 6(body armor) + 4 (gloves) + 2 (belt) + 4 (boots) + 6 (shields) = 35 Io runes * 5% Bonus to Dexterity=160% Bonus to Dexterity

Charms:
Zakarum's Ear 10% Bonus to All Attributes
The Sleep 5% Bonus to All Attributes

Total Bonus to Dexterity=165 (items) + 160 (Io runes) + 15 (charms) = 340%


Flat dexterity

500 signets of learning=500 dex.
Base dex for druid 20 + 5*120lvl=620 dex.


Mystic Orb (2 dex in each orb for any item):
60 dex in Crystal Sword (mystic orbs effect*2)
30 dex in body armor Shroud Royal (Full Plate Mail)
60 dex in rings Empyrean Band (30 dex in each ring)
30 dex in amu (Empyrean Band)
30 dex in helm (Antlers)
60 dex in gloves (mystic orbs effect*2)
60 dex in boots (mystic orbs effect*2)
60 dex in shield Cloudladder (30 to all attributes + 30 dex from Mystic Orb)

Total from Mystic Orbs: 390 dex

500 from signets + 620 from dex + 390 dex from Mystic Orb = 1510 dex

1510 dex + 340% Bonus to Dexterity = 6640 dex

But I need reach 9015 to get 75% block. Is it possible? Maybe I missed something?

Also a tried to get bonus to dex from Trader's Chest, but all I could get was about +100 to dex no more.

You are going with wolf druid? You can't get max block on every character build. ie: Trap Rat can get max block easily.

Why would you want to get max block with a wolf druid when you pounce all the time and have huge LaeK? Max block in most cases is worth having with characters who tend to stand still while performing attacks (traprat, javazon, throwsin etc.).

+Dex from mystic orbs is not affected by % dex increased.

Blocking is an endgame defense mechanism in this game, because it is so strong. You are not meant to aim for 75% block in TU6 gear with most builds.

EDIT: also if you're planning on making a werewolf, I'm prettu sure that crystal swords do not work with the morph. So you will be a str based character.

Yup that's what I was saying. I mean you can get strength characters to get max block but it kinda doesn't make sense like on a...Barb.
