Act 4 Terror City of the Damned I am getting wrecked by somehow getting all of my equipment temporarily disabled. Any advice on what is causing it/how to prevent or avoid it?

Hellcat Priestess

They cast a de-buff that lowers attributes. It can be enough to render equipement unusable while its active. Try to avoid them if they cause problems.

Aren't those the ones with the curse that locks out ranged skills? I thought the undead knights of pestilence or whatever are the ones that drop your attribuets to 1 cause it happens in act 5 highlands areas too

Just install D2 again, it's the easiest way.

When you try messing with patches, directories and stuff you only... well mess things up.

In the docs the heavier armors have a movement penalty. For example Ancient Armor has a movement penalty of 15. Does this mean -15% frw?
