Its all about beefing up your minions, especially in Fauzt. I had the similar problem and that Goethia plate just wouldn't drop. I used a crafted ancient armor (+2 skills, 10k defence, +150 summon life) instead.
I spent some time crafting sacred armor pieces and jewels and my summons went from around 30k life to around 50-60k which made a huge difference in Fauzt.
Then just spamming boneyard a lot and move slowly.

Had the same problem, I then switch to Blood mage Merc and his fire damage make quick work of them Necrobot

for after i do lc2(yes i knopw that one above isnt the lc2 plan but the one after it..
my question is where you list 20-22 pioints in howling is enough or.. 20 points in nightwalker..
do you mean hard points??
or can i add 10 actuall skill points and let the 10 + all and + necro skill levels soft points do the rest???
it makes a difference

yeah thats been my problem this is my first minion stack and teleport around build.. so i found i was standing still too much and not getting the bonus fom various minion auras and not letting my tanky merc 30k def?? do a lot of the heavy lifting so to speak..

about every minute or 2...teleport.. it lets your minioons unstack swarm.. and then restack if you dont wanna move much but just accomplish the teleport.. cast a dft or howling totem those can be used as bend shadows targets

Yes. Howling totem grants cb per hard point. More is better, but make sure to have at least 41% (20 hardpoints)

so act 2 /3 terror is where shrines and sacred items are starting to drop.. having +200Mf doesnt hurt either.. but just fyi thatsseems to be where they start falling..
so far only found a cfew quiet shrines.. what shrines do i want for merc?? for self obviously magical for minion stuff.. but for merc do i want "weird"? for the +enhanced dam? and the flat dam bonus??

When you first craft a weapon for your merc, it doesn't really matter which shrine you use. Just make sure to bless the bow with a weird shrine (in order to get 50% Ed so that weapon can reach 200 ED with 5 mystic orbs. Don't forget the lucky bonus.)

Try to get a weapon with at least +280 max damage.
