I've killed a million pirates... so confused, why haven't any of them dropped the elemental prism?

Where is the best place to farm exp potions?

You have to kill the one at the entrance of Tran Athulua. Every other pirate in the zone don't drop the prism. The pirate you want is inside Tran Athulua, and you'll already see the Amazons when you get the right Pirate.

I cannot find the recipe for re-rolling rares in the docs, has the been entirely removed then? I can see you could use renewal potions in earlier states of the game.

Welp, cannot find newbie help thread so i'm asking here:
is daggermancer still viable? I'm on dest right now, I have basic TU gear socketed with gems for resistances. I maxed parasite, famine, oil, passive for hp, uberskill for def. But what items I should be aiming for next, what rw's crafts should I try to make? I'm feeling like this patch is much harder than 1.1 which was the last one I played longer, I'm dying very often
