No.

If I recall correctly, the oskills are all in the same affix group and only 1 affix per group can spawn.

For example the affix +(301-400) life can spawn on paladin shields. But it's in the affix group 111, the same as the affix +(201-300) life. So only one of those can spawn. You'll never find a paladin shield that grants +700 life for example.

Hey guys, new to Median XL. I have a question about LC 2 deathlazer.

Can't seem to get it to work. I'm playing single player, level 83 barbarian. doing deathlazer in Normal. I kill the deathlazer and I check to see my worldstone orb charm nothing happens.
Tried to combine it with a perfect gem right after killing it and nothing.

is this a one time trial? like i killed it before and forgot to do it within 30 seconds?

do i have to do it in terror?

to 2h barb axe next. Use bear stance + runemaster. thunderslam off cd. Reach IAS breakpoint with ancient blood + jewelcraft.
The gears you need are those cheap rw not SU or shrinecraft stuff. My meleeso, holymeleedin, axebarb, pouncezon can do most uber painlessly with them. Ofc SU stuff can make things easier but its not mandatory or even necessary.

Yes, you have to do it in terror. As long as you're level 90 or below you can do it as many times as you want on as many class charms of your class as you want. But it only works once per class charm.

It sounds like you're doing something fundamentally wrong and switching builds instead of fixing the problem. Very few things in the game require respec (bowazon ureh).

First, you need speedcalc app. Second, get d2stat
Then it depends on weapon you choose because many weapon have different innate skill IAS value. Check base item then look at their speed value
Ex 1. grand scepter have innate -20 WSM. So you open speedcalc then choose 1h swing on "select weapon type" and put 20 to "skill IAS" column. The table below the column is the remaining amount of IAS you need to reach the breakpoint.
Your case. hand axe have innate -10 WSM. Put 10 to skill IAS then you know the rest
In short you put inverted value of innate speed to skill IAS column.

What "other item IAS" column stand for? Its the "X% increased attack speed" that explicitly spawn on gear/charms.

Use d2stat to check your current stats. Just remember that d2stat dont calculate your current weapon "skill IAS" so dont copy those value blindly to speedcalc.
