Is it just me or are unique/set drop rates much higher on SP? I have only 150mf and seems like they are raining compared to realm. Not that I'm complaining, makes it that much more enjoyable to play self-found.

It is not a multiplicator but a flat amount added.

yes and you can add any other source of % avoid damage to it
