Having the most repetitive long conversation with Blizzard GM's trying to solve and explain to me how they are going to solve few issues I have with my account/chars... Feeling exhausted... if thats their goal - goal achieved. Some of the GM's have worse English knowledge than a 3 y.o. Just by reading their answers you get more and more confused, just when you thought you got the hang of it.
