Short Questions Thread
I want to try a build based around Fairy Ring, what is the best way to increase it's damage? Does "adds x to x fire damage" apply to spells? Will attack speed help or should I just go for cast speed? Does my weapon affect the damage alot? For example Dexterity Damage Bonus: (x/xx per Dexterity)%, how important is that?

Yes. Every skill applying weapon damage applies Curare (at the efficiency of the attack)
Does Mephisto have similar elemental strengths and weaknesses as old Mephie ? Trying to figure out a good early game build (with teleport) to farm him in NM so need to know what are best dmg types against him.
I don't know about the resistances, but Mephisto isn't really a farming spot. Nilhatak is way better in every way (a bit harder, but more guaranteed and interesting rewards). Every character can farm it efficiently. Every classes farm him with ease on nightmare.

Just make sure you have high cold res, he has a cold skill that can one shot you but you probably died to it in normal anyway.
