Where is the best place to farm for Quality level 110 set items?

Q: i have 194 fhr with my Amazon yet it feels i get locked down a lot. What is the next breakpoint? (Tried to install the speedcalc tool but it doesn't start..)

Couple quick questions:
1. Iirc, Fire damage triggers hit recovery more often than other damage types. If true, what are the conditions under which this happens (e.g. is it a Life vs. damage thing, or just an innate part of Fire damage)?
2. Do those Oils that give weapons a chance at a Spell Damage bonus still drop in A5 Hell elite areas (Infernal Pit, Abaddon, etc.)?

who drops star chart [2]? it's bad enough even with every trophies and a full endgame gear barely makes me survive dimensional labyrinth [13], I have to farm it over and over again not knowing to read the who drops what piece. I have no idea why this farming area has an oh-ko boss that spawns randomly anywhere on the map.

Earlier today I was thinking about maxing shadow dancer and crucify for a different take on a magic+phys sin build. Any thoughts on this vets?

iirc , if your fire spell damage removes at least 1/12 (i am not 100% sure about this value) of the opponent's max hp , the opponent will go into hit recovery . the best you can spot this is by using Apocalypse oskill in a large pack of opponents
