Dump idea dont do that do shaad runes so then it doesnt make the wep 125+ required he added mystic orbs. Xis would make him not able to use it shaad has no effect on level req

Well if this was on ladder and I had unlimited shrines I could keep rolling, but it's single player. :p

craft one with ctc spike nova or ctc SoR and you will see an impact . try going for a creepy shrine
ctc balefire is also worth a shot if you already pack enough weapon damage
