A question about Broadside lock duration?

Hi all , i played Assassin with mainskill is Broadside .
I have 28 hard skill point in Broadside (with charms and respec gear) .

The game said my Broadside lock is 6.2s but sometime my Broadside skill lock duration > 6.2s , sometime lock duration about 15-20s) . Why ? Because proc " on striking " ?

Could it be that you are OOM?

I've never seen broadside on striking, and if you use meshif's parrot the proc ( which is on kill) is probably locking you out.

ps. OOM - out of mana. @ Nitz do you think he knows the abbreviations?

OOM is used in all games, not just Median, even my GF knows what it means and she never played something else than Age of Empires.

How did you manage that? Has it something to do with your weapon switching?

I don't know . Sometime Broadside lock duration really > 15s . Example : When i use broadside to farm BPR , i can't cast Broadside every 6.2s

+ maximum skill lv (Hellfire RW / Taha on gloves / Khanduran but it hard to find )
