I want to transfer items to my mule lvl 1 from my main lvl 122. Is there any option to disable the level restriction in mp ? I can't enter a number higher than 99. Entering 0 also doesn't work. Do I have to level the mule ?

You have "Character Difference" enabled by default while creating game. Disable it.

Level to 115 in either cow level, Torajan Jungles or Island of the Sunless Sea, if the other 2 are too hard for you. Once at level 115, farm Kurast 3000 BA.

2 questions. First, now that bosses no longer drop Arcane shards/crystals and just unique items, is killing Nihlathak and Mephisto in one run the fastest way to farm Arcane Crystals? Second, is farming Rocky Wastes/Stony Tomb and hunting Grubbers in Nightmare the first place you can "farm" gold and thus you there is no good way to do it in normal?

The client won't launch more than 2 times, so you would have to be creative to do that, assuming it's even allowed on realm. It would also require 4 accounts.

Gold farming doesn't open up really until you can enter Island of the Sunless Sea, until then, I think the best you can do is what you already suggested. Craft 2-3 runewords with increased gold drop, like

Summit

,

Berith

and

Nomad

. You could do the same with Grubbers in normal but I don't think you will get more than 3-4k gold from each before modifiers. In regards to Arcane Crystals, Nihlathak sometimes only drop 1 unique, seems to me that Mephisto is still more effective for purely uniques with Nihlathak being second.

1) yes. Ofc you could also go to k3k or TA and possibly get more than that if you have around 200 mf

2) for gold on normal I'd try going to high density areas like frozen tundra or the highlands in actV with some +gold find gear on
