I'm a fan of Kambala's offline tools, it's great work. I'm not sure it has all the functionality of PlugY though - some differences I've found are:
Being able to place items where you want. With OLT you can move items to the shared stash and then on to another character if you want, but the tool decides where it goes, so you don't get stuff arranged the way you want it.
There's also mouse-over. When you point at something in the tool you don't see what it is unless you click on it.
You don't control creation of pages, the tool creates a new one when it can't find room on the current pages. Tht can be tricky if you like to have lots of pages in Shared Stash, with Plugy after the first 10 or 100 I liked to go up page numbers 10 or 100 or 1000 at a time, leaving gaps, so I could use the fast-forward buttons (yeah, I kept a lot of crap!).
And you have to be logged out of a character or it doesn't get updated with OLT but with PlugY your could do and see everything in-game.
Just a few random thoughts on differences I've noticed (and maybe I missed a few tricks with OLT).
Not knocking the OLT at all, like I said I think it's great work and a whole lot better than nothing.
