The original shrine craft will ALWAYS reroll the item. Once you get a roll you're satisfied with, if you then want to shrine bless it, it won't re-roll as long as you include 2 arcane crystals on the blessing. It will keep everything it already has and add the shrine attributes. But if you forget to include the 2 arcane crystals it will re-roll it again.
So, shrine crafting, just the item and the shrine.
shrine blessing, it's the item, the shrine, and 2 arcane crystals.

faerie fire oskill does not grant the avoid. needs one hard point to trigger the avoid.
Crane stance should work. it exists on a couple barb runewords and works fine there, but might not exist as cotw to be cautious of avoid abuse.

Is there a reason to invest into Parasite(which imo requires much investment to do work) when Carnage(and it's just SO good, not to mention the low mana cost compared to a maxed skill) exists on the same tree and only needs a 7 point invest to work on a character that always has something he can sink points into?
