actually got one more question, since i forgot where i put my mxl cube recipe notebook and docs don't say
i can't remember what was the recipe to disenchant rare/magic items into white/gray items for crafting and stuff.

A lot of sets got reworked so you only need 4 sets for max bonuses, and they deleted one piece from most of the sets.

Amulet + max skill is 3 right? It cant be lotto to 4?
