Any oskill that is available to your class will only have +3 instead of the real number. If you use the amulet on other class (not sorc) it will be 13.

That is not entirerly true. If an oskill specifies class only, then that class gains the full benefit.
Legion
for example.

Yes, but does that count as an oskill? I am aware of this, but aren't these always skills that are specific for that class? You'll never see +10 to Hive (necromancer only), as this is a sorc skill. To my understanding an oskill is a skill that can be used by all classes and as such, what I said is true.

I think I already know the answer to this but have to ask. Is there any way at all to turn a pair of sacred rare gloves that have 1 socket into ones that either have no sockets or 4 sockets without re-rolling the stats? I have a pair of sacred rare leather gloves in non-ladder that carry the +2 to Paladin skills but they have 1 socket. Since you can't get gloves with Paladin skills anymore I don't want them to get re-rolled. I blessed them hoping that might give the max sockets of 4 but of course it didn't, still 1 socket.

No, you can't "resocket" an item that already has sockets.

Does this apply to all class based +skills on gloves?

+(1-2) amazon, druid and sorceress skills can roll on gloves.

Currently playing single player, just finished the Valthek set, and attempting the fight. When I cast holybolt, my cooldown goes off, but the projectile does not display how I remember. I've tried it about 20 times, all while next to Valthek's guards. It should look like the purify bolt, but nothing happens. Streamed it for a couple people and they agree that something is wrong. Is this a single player bug?
