War cry barb is pretty good... and also i don't think this one is "cheap" since it require several SSUs and one SSSU to be that good (not mentioning core item)

PS: And btw note to author, attack speed on other items than weapon that hitting have no any matter for whirlwind skills (so Adrenaline doing nothing with WW attack speed).
To max attack speed here needed at least 50% IAS on Short Spear and some small IAS on crysword. (in total need to reach WSM-X=-34 where X is IAS on weapon)

I don't know if it's just D2 thing or not, but it's a big piece of information for me xD

is unnecessary. You don't need it at all. I'm using it cuz I had one.
But yea, it's not great for new players nor good starter build since it needs some specific gears.

Yep, and it will be huuuuuge boost to proc-fest if you had no IAS on wepens on this vid (will triple attack speed: from 12 frames per hitcheck to 4 frames)

Upd: Just found that you showing gear at end.. you have reached only 6 fpa breakpoint on Viz so need one more IAS MO.
