sacred armor cotw is almost useless now. without points in rapture for synergy, you'll get negative move speed. sacred armor scales almost all parts on base points now besides a little regen on slvl.
I know it won't be a big defensive boost the way it is for a Neutraldin due to lack of base points. I was mainly looking at the 10% magic res and like you mentioned a little regen. An Adrenaline rush would cancel out the - move speed. Do you still think the move speed penalty makes it not worth using?
well you gain almost nothing from using it. you can probably reach about 40% uptime on a cotw. 10% magic res and tiny regen for 4.5-5.0 seconds at a time is a waste of jewel slot and level req.
