imo easiest method is getting to a1 terror and cubing oil of disjunction with special box, normal drops give wayyyy too many low level runes compared to where you find them

Hatred Nihlathak always drops a pretty high rune upto Ist I think.

Ive recently been trying out a Windform barb. Can someone confirm or deny whether he can proc in form? I havent noticed a Doom go off from ammy, thunder hammers form ring/ammy nor time strike from innarius which i have 4 of in his weapon... Maybe im just really unlucky and havent hit those percentages ... ever. But Im pretty sure he doesnt proc and thats going to massively change this whole build... so ... help please?

iirc it only procs on kill, I'd recommend putting 16 pt in wolf companion and 20 pt in fortress and using it alongside windform

What is the base weapon speed of Valkyrie prime? I'd assume 0 but it isn't listed anywhere I can find

Doesn't proc anything while the animation is playing. Even when struck/attacked.

but poison damage is applied to all missiles, eg fortress arrows.
